Our studio and office hours are as follows: 

Monday - Thursday - 10am - 3pm

Friday, Saturday & Sunday - closed

Please kindly note that our premises are not open to the public at this time. Orders are dispatched daily and within 48 hours.

If you should encounter problems completing checkout, please do email us details of your order (together with details any website issue). We don't always know there is a problem unless we are told.
