What is a Stitch Marker?
A stitch marker is a mnemonic device used to distinguish important locations on a work in progress (WIP). It can be used to indicate increases, decreases, pattern changes, yarn changes, to aid counting blocks of stitches and more!
- stitch counting made easy
- minimise mistakes saving yourself time and yarn
- gain confidence with complex patterns
- perfect unique gifts for you and the special knitters in your life
How to Use Atomic Knitting Stitch Markers...
- place the stitch marker on the needle in your right hand, then knit as normal
- when you reach the stitch marker again, simply move it across from the right hand needle to the left - remembering of course to perform the action that the stitch marker was denoting
- remember the stitch marker can be placed on either side of your knitting
